ER 2209an ƙera shi ne don haɗa ƙarfe masu duplex na bakin ƙarfe kamar 2205 (Lambar UNS N31803). Ƙarfin juriya mai ƙarfi da ingantaccen juriya ga tsagewa da tsagewa suna nuna halayen walda na wannan waya.
